ICS Construction Services, Ltd held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new St Louis County Eureka Hills Branch Library at the end of June. The $5.3 Million project will replace the 6,500 square foot Eureka Hills Branch that is currently located in a former Blockbuster Video store. When completed, the new branch will be a full service branch library encompassing 15,000 square feet featuring an expanded collection of materials, a dynamic children’s area, private study rooms, space for programming, a quiet reading room, a community meeting room, a business center, and a space for teens.
